    Recycle Your Sneakers!

    SMART. SIMPLE. SUSTAINABLE. Every year, Americans dispose of hundreds of millions of shoes but did you know that you can recycle your old sneakers and running shoes at any of our store locations? We are proud to help keep sneakers out of landfills through our partnership with Sneaker Impact. Plus, all shoe donations help us make an impact in our community by raising funds for our local non-profit partner, Students Run Philly Style. Bring your sneakers into any Philadelphia Runner store location!

    Sneaker Impact's mission is to help spread awareness and encourage more Americans to recycle. By partnering with businesses like Philadelphia Runner, Sneaker Impact offers an opportunity to easily recycle used sneakers, rerouting them from landfills. Usable shoes are sent to microenterprises and distributors in developing countries to support local micro-business merchants while worn-out shoes are recycled for energy
