We have several options here:
1-Run a mile as a test of your fitness and for fun(everyone wants to know how fast you can run a mile). For the GOTR/Stride athletes, this is a great test of your fitness about 1/2 way through your training. We will have several sections of the mile based on your fitness level. You'll run against people of your ability.
2-Run the Chocolate Milk Mile. You drink a 6 oz. cup of chocolate milk and then run a lap. You do that 4 times to get to a mile.
The event will be held at the track at Henderson High School. Proceeds benefit Girls' on the Run of Chester County.
The first race starts at 6:00PM. The Chocolate Milk Mile will be the last race of the day.
