Today is Launch Day for the new ASICS GEL-NIMBUS 26 and we have them at all 4 of our stores (Center City, University City, Manayunk, or Glen Mills) and online. We couldn’t wait to get them on our feet!
The NIMBUS 26 had minor adjustments compared to the completely revamped GEL-NIMBUS 25. It now features more rubber on the outsole with a new compound called Hybrid ASICSGRIP. This provides better traction, protection, and durability.
The NIMBUS 26 has the same FLYTE FOAM BLAST+ ECO foam midsole with PureGEL Technology in the heel as in the NIMBUS 25. The 26 is slightly firmer and has a more responsive feel. It also has a slightly wider and more accommodating upper fit than its predecessor.
