[3/6] Nutrition for Runners

Figuring out nutrition to support your active lifestyle can be tricky and it will make or break your training (and races!). 

If you're wondering what to eat before, during, and after and in between workouts and run, join us on Tuesday, March 6th in our Glen Mills shop at 6:30PM for a talk with our Registered Dietitian, Kellsey O’Donnell. 

Kellsey will be discussing the importance of hydration & nutrition in health and athletic performance, as well as reviewing and describing the various nutrition related products that can be used to fuel your runs and workouts. This event is FREE and all are welcome to join.

Kellsey has a Master’s degree in Nutrition, a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and a passion for sports nutrition.
