Join us for a group trail run through the scenic Brandywine Creek State Park and First State National Monument! This trail running group meets every other Sunday morning in the Smith Bridge Road parking lot on Ramsey Road (click here for map) - enter Smith Bridge Parking Lot, FSNHP into Google maps.

We love running trails and want to share some of our favorite awesome trails with you - especially sections of the park that don't get used very often. It's a great intro to trail running, the Brandywine Creek Park Area, and a chance to meet fellow runners.

We'll head out from the parking lot and run a challenging, but fun, 7 to 8-mile loop on the trails throughout the park. The group trail run is no drop (seriously, we won't leave you behind), FREE and all are welcome to join. What does no drop really mean? We will wait at the tops of hills and turns to make sure that no one gets left out in the woods. If the group does happen to break apart, there will be someone in the front and the back that knows the route so that you don't get lost.

The Elliptigo combines the best of running, cycling and an elliptical to give you a low impact, cross training workout outside. Join us on Saturday, April 14th at our shop in Glen Mills for a fun demo ride. 

Space is limited and registration is required. Click the registration link to sign up for a time slot.

Please note that everyone who registers must sign a waiver and anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the ride; weight limit is 250 lbs.
