Get going and flowing with a run to yoga!

Meet in our University City shop at 10:30AM for a 30 minute group run around the city followed by a 45-minute yoga flow lead by Liz Coda (aka Coda Yoga) to stretch out while our bodies are warm. This all-levels yoga class is great for runners and fitness enthusiasts looking to switch up their regular routine. Practicing yoga after a run, when your muscles are warm and soft, will make you feel a whole lot better the next day. Post run yoga can help prevent injuries by improving the health and strength of muscles.

Gear check is available while you're on the run. BYO yoga mat!
