ey girls, has running ever gotten a bit… out of hand? Come on you know what I’m talking about, it’s okay, we should be comfortable talking about the uncomfortable! No matter what type of movements we are doing, from yoga to boot camp classes, sometimes we just gotta strap down the girls. Don’t lie, the extremes have happened, yes I’m talking about tape and double bra-ing it, YIKES! The result of these crazy stunts are because 80 percent of women are in the wrong size bra. I know 80 percent is a crazy high number but listen, sizes can change due to age, pregnancy, or weight change.
