Figuring out the right way to fuel your body can be tricky enough without considering your workout schedule. How much should you eat before, during and after you run? What should you eat? In an ideal world we'd all be eating the right kind of foods in the right amount at the right time but in reality, anything can happen! Besides, who has time to figure all that out?
While we can't be in your kitchen with tips and advice every day, we did recently start to offer nutrition services to help you learn the basics of good sports nutrition including how to fuel and hydrate your body before, during and after workouts.
