Whether you are training for a race, working on getting back into shape, or just looking for a few people to help knock a few miles out, our group runs are a fun and laid back way to spend an hour of your weekday evening. Each one of our three locations has a weekly group run:
- Thursdays at 6PM
- 1601 Sansom St
- 3-5 miles
- All paces and levels welcome
- Wednesdays at 6PM
- 3621 Walnut (between 36th and 37th)
- 3-5 miles
- All paces and levels welcome
- Wednesdays at 6PM
- 571 Glen Eagle Square, Glen Mills, Pa.
- 3-5 miles
- All paces and levels welcome
From August-November our Wednesday and Thursday group runs will merge with our Team Philly runs at our University City and Center City locations. Non Team Philly members are still encouraged to join us during these months!
