Winter Running Plans to Prepare for Broad Street

With less than 4 months to go until the IBX Broad Street Run it’s time to start thinking of a plan to get yourself in shape for the big race. Philadelphia Runner co-owner and Team Philly coach Ross Martinson has put together two training plans to help get you through February and into the Spring in good shape to begin a training plan to help you reach your goal. Check out both of the plans below to determine which suits you best.
