With the Olympic Trials for the Marathon less than a week away, we are teaming with Brooks to see who can guess the winning times for the men’s and women’s race.
The closest time for each race (men’s and women’s) will win a FREE pair of Brooks Pure Project shoes in the new Spring colors (see pic below)!
There are two ways to enter:
1. Go to our Facebook page, like us (must be a fan to win!), and comment under our Brooks Pure Project Prediction post (that’s a lot of Ps!) with your prediction for the winning time for the men’s and women’s race.
2. Follow us on Twitter, send us an @ mention or use the hashtag #MarathonTrialsPPP with your prediction for both races.
We are also keeping an eye on Brooks athlete and Boston Marathon runner-up Desi Davilla. If Davilla wins, the winners of the prediction contest will also win a free Brooks technical running shirt!
The Rules:
1. One entry per Facebook and one entry per Twitter (you may enter twice, once for each site). Comment on our post on our Facebook page with your predictions and @ mention us or use the hashtag #MarathonTrialsPPP on Twitter.
2. Winner will be determined by the person who is closest, to the second, to the winning time (you can go under or over the time). If there is a tie, the tiebreaker will be determined by your prediction in the other race (i.e.- if you win the women’s and tie with someone, your prediction for the men’s race will determine the winner).
3. Your time must be entered before the start of the race which is 9 A.M. EST
